A dedicated professional and the founder of RGS Consulting Services, LLC.  She has managed, led and implemented solutions to comply with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 for multinational clients in the high tech, software development, health, and consumer and industrial products industries throughout Europe, Asia and the US.  She has led financial, compliance and operational internal audits throughout Europe and the Americas, and performed forensic audits for non-profits as well. 

In these roles she has leveraged her broad knowledge and expertise in COSO and its integrated Enterprise Risk Management framework, GAAP, COBIT, internal controls, management information systems, supply chain management, quality control frameworks, financial analysis, and manufacturing processes and controls. 

She has an uncanny sixth sense for uncovering the most 'unusual' transactions and activities, turning around problem projects, exceeding even the most unachievable goals and expectations, and patiently and professionally dealing with difficult personalities.
